- Track authorized therapy hours to ensure they are fully utilized during valid periods and ensure that all records in Zoho and other electronic health platforms meet audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to ensure scheduling reflects current treatment plans and manage therapist capacity to avoid staff fatigue.
- Act as the primary logistical contact for team members, facilitate the intake process for new clients, and relay scheduling updates to families.
- Produce analytical reports concerning coverage, staffing trends, and service utilization to aid in broader workforce planning efforts.
