Welcome to WorkNow.ph ("WorkNow," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and WorkNow, s.r.o. and govern your access to and use of our website, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, posting a job, applying to a job, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to every visitor and registered user of the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
WorkNow.ph is a jobs portal operated by WorkNow, s.r.o., a Czech limited liability company with its registered seat in the Czech Republic. The Platform helps Filipino talent connect with local and international employers through job listings, candidate profiles, messaging, and related discovery tools.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use WorkNow. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it up to date. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (including profile information, job listings, messages, resumes, and media). By submitting content, you grant WorkNow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
Paid features such as job posting credits, premium employer plans, and candidate premium subscriptions are processed through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are displayed on the relevant pricing or checkout page and may change with notice. Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable once a posting has been published or a subscription period has begun. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.
The Platform provides in-app messaging to facilitate hiring conversations. Communications must remain professional and respectful. WorkNow may monitor for safety, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement, and may remove messages or restrict accounts that violate these Terms. Do not share sensitive identification documents or banking details through chat.
Some features require identity or business verification. While we use automated and manual review tools to reduce fraud, verification badges do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. You remain responsible for evaluating the suitability of any candidate, employer, or job opportunity.
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., Google authentication, Stripe payments, external job listings). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Platform, including its design, software, text, graphics, and trademarks (such as the WorkNow name and logo), is owned by WorkNow, s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, or to protect the Platform and its users. You may close your account at any time from your settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkNow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, candidate profiles, or any matching outcome, and we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkNow, its affiliates, and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total cumulative liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to WorkNow in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WorkNow and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where changes are material, provide additional notice through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
