About the Role

- Confirm insurance coverage, handle the request and renewal process for authorizations, and serve as a liaison between families and insurance providers.
- Utilize Motivity for scheduling and clinical documentation, update administrative tracking documents, and aid in talent acquisition tasks like interview scheduling and job posting.
- Create and update checklists and standard operating procedures to optimize office efficiency and ensure healthcare systems remain orderly.
