- You will serve as the main point of contact for franchisees needing help with invoice errors, assist with cash application or bank deposits, and create status reports for internal briefings.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with senior leadership on difficult cases, track invoice adjustment requests through to resolution, and provide status updates and escalations to management and operations personnel.
