Requirements

Responsibilities
- You will oversee routine accounting duties using Xero, such as handling payables, receivables, credit card transactions, petty cash, and payments from customers.
- You will perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations, along with monthly reconciliations for the general ledger, creditors, and CRM platforms.
- Your payroll duties involve handling bi-weekly payments, overseeing staff reimbursements, and updating records for employee benefits.
- You will work alongside the CEO to address Australian regulatory requirements, including BAS, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, and WorkCover.
- Additionally, you will update the asset register, ensure cash flow reports are up-to-date, and assist in adopting new financial software and procedures.
