- Must be available for a full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee requests for additional work quotes while monitoring builder invoices to ensure prompt payment and conflict resolution.
- Process all invoices for subcontractors and vendors with high precision.
- Oversee backcharges related to builders, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Execute EPO and VPO matching procedures, input purchase orders, and maintain plot and project plans as needed.
- Document time accurately and conduct clerical duties, including the research and tracking of account details.
- Complete all assignments in alignment with specific protocols and guidance provided by clients.
