Requirements

Responsibilities

- You will generate placement invoices, manage debtor follow-ups, and oversee aged receivables to ensure steady cash flow.
- You will compile month-end and quarter-end files, as well as monthly budget-vs-actual reports and KPI packages for CFO evaluation.
- Your operational tasks involve monitoring leave balances, supervising supplier agreements, managing document control, overseeing insurance and license renewals, and updating onboarding checklists.
- You will track outstanding timesheets and data, assist with payroll processing and tax filings, coordinate performance reviews, outline and document internal procedures, and offer basic IT and office support when required.
