Requirements

• You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a comparable discipline, though this is not a mandatory requirement.
• You need a minimum of three years of hands-on experience working in accounts payable, general accounting, or a similar finance-related role.
• You must demonstrate a firm understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and reconciliation workflows.
• You should be highly skilled in validating invoices and organizing financial paperwork.
• You must be proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, to track and report financial data.
• You require exceptional attention to detail to maintain precision during large-volume processing tasks.
• You should possess strong time management, organizational, and communication abilities to successfully juggle competing priorities and interact with team members and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• You will examine, validate, and handle invoices from suppliers, along with processing expense claims and payment vouchers in strict accordance with financial policies.
• You will ensure every invoice is properly categorized, authorized, and logged within the accounting software.
• You will organize and carry out routine payments to vendors using bank wires or other verified channels.
• You will handle the reconciliation of vendor statements, correct any issues regarding payments or invoices, and keep precise documentation for audit purposes.
• You will collaborate with other internal teams to confirm purchase orders and billing specifics.
• You will track payment timelines to ensure services are not interrupted.
• You will provide support during end-of-month financial closing procedures.
• You will act as the point of contact for vendors, providing clear updates on their account activity and payment status.
