Requirements

• You should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline, accompanied by one to three years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or core accounting.
• You must be skilled in using financial platforms like SAP or QuickBooks and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• You are required to have high-level verbal and written proficiency in English and the flexibility to work night or graveyard hours to correspond with U.S. business time zones.
• You need a thorough grasp of reconciliation methods and accounting protocols, coupled with high precision, an eye for detail, and the capacity to organize competing priorities to adhere to rigid deadlines.
• Possessing a CPA or CMA designation is an advantageous secondary qualification.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the entire accounts payable workflow, encompassing the inspection, validation, and execution of invoice payments.
• You will perform reconciliations between invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents, while executing disbursements through methods like physical checks, wire transfers, and ACH.
• You will foster positive supplier interactions by rectifying payment conflicts and responding to specific questions.
• You will generate essential financial documentation, such as aging analyses, forecasts for cash flow, and summaries of pending liabilities.
• You will supervise corporate spending by analyzing terms of payment and securing vendor price reductions.
• You will proactively detect and settle complications related to overdue payments, disagreements, or absent paperwork.
