About the Role

We are seeking a remote Accounts Payable Specialist to assist in handling our financial obligations. You will be tasked with the precise management of invoices, expense reporting, and payment processing. As part of our finance department, you will guarantee that all payments are disbursed punctually in compliance with company protocols and audit standards. Requirements

• You should have at least three years of professional experience within accounts payable, accounting operations, or a comparable finance capacity.
• A solid grasp of core accounting concepts is required, as is the ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is mandatory, along with experience utilizing ERP software, web-based accounting platforms, or specialized invoice processing tools.
• You must demonstrate sharp attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and clear communication abilities.
• You need the capacity to balance competing priorities under strict time constraints while maintaining data integrity.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will examine, validate, and process vendor invoices, expense claims, and disbursement requests to ensure they are accurately categorized and logged within our financial platform.
• Your tasks include preparing and issuing timely payments to suppliers, reconciling vendor accounts, and troubleshooting any issues related to billing or payment status.
• You will uphold organized accounts payable archives and audit documentation while collaborating with internal teams to confirm that purchase orders and authorization workflows are followed.
• You will track payment timelines to guarantee that all contractual liabilities are met on schedule.
• Your duties include participating in month-end financial cycles, such as account reconciliation and report generation, as well as addressing vendor questions regarding their account status.
• You will ensure operational adherence to corporate financial policies and provide support during external or internal audit processes.
