About the Role

We are searching for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide support for our Australian lending and operational staff. You will function as a central pillar of support, facilitating internal efficiency to allow colleagues to concentrate on client engagement and credit evaluations. This essential position requires you to manage precise documentation and ensure application workflows proceed seamlessly in a dynamic setting. You will gain extensive knowledge of private lending operations and assist in expanding our business workflows. Requirements

• You must reside in the Philippines and hold a minimum of two years of professional experience as a Finance Assistant, Loan Processor, Admin Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.
• You must exhibit exceptional precision, advanced organizational abilities, and proficient time management.
• You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and show competence using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, specifically Google Sheets or Excel.
• You must be prepared to master new digital tools, maintain a self-directed and proactive work ethic, and demonstrate the necessary confidentiality for managing sensitive financial data.
• It is highly advantageous to have a background in finance administration, mortgage broking, or Australian lending, as well as prior exposure to CRM software and loan applications.
• You must be prepared to disclose any current employment commitments and consent to adding this independent contractor role to your LinkedIn profile.

Responsibilities

• You will input and refresh applicant and loan data while verifying that all necessary paperwork is collected and properly stored.
• You will oversee application status tracking, prepare files for review and finalization, and manage electronic records alongside internal spreadsheets and reports.
• You will engage in regular correspondence, which includes following up with brokers, clients, and staff to obtain missing information and managing general administrative questions.
• You will oversee incoming emails, update customer relationship management systems, and assist with meeting coordination.
• You will provide additional support during high-volume intervals to maintain swift turnaround times, actively recognize process inefficiencies, and recommend operational improvements while ensuring applications remain orderly and files are complete.
