Requirements

- Process a high volume of daily invoices, totaling roughly 100 per day, with high accuracy in Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan.
- Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including vendor management, employee expense reimbursements, and two-way or three-way purchase order matching.
- Research and fix discrepancies related to line items or pricing to ensure financial data integrity.
- Resolve existing accounts payable queues to increase operational productivity.
- Engage in technical evaluations and interviews to ensure compatibility with client requirements.
- Take on expanded accounting tasks as you become established in the position.
