Architectural Technician

Requirements

• You need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, Architecture, or an equivalent discipline.
• You must possess a minimum of three years of work experience in BIM modeling or architectural drafting.
• You are required to demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit.
• You should have significant experience using Solibri for model coordination and evaluation.
• You need comprehensive knowledge regarding BIM workflows, data management, and industry standards.
• You must exhibit exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and the capacity to handle intricate data sets while working well with project members.

Responsibilities

• You will create, adjust, and update complex architectural models with BIM tools.
• You will verify the precision and uniformity of these models to confirm they meet project requirements.
• You will conduct model validation and clash detection while overseeing BIM information sharing and strict document versioning.
• You will help incorporate data-oriented systems and assist in defining and implementing BIM standards and methodologies.
• You will offer technical assistance to teammates to address any discrepancies within the models.
