Requirements

• You should possess a degree in a business or technical field and have between 1 and 4 years of experience delivering and selling consulting services.
• You must demonstrate success in managing solution sales engagements worth over $250,000 per quarter and exhibit a thorough grasp of enterprise-level communication requirements.
• You are required to have operational familiarity with VoIP, Unified Communications, Contact Center, Video, Voice, or Agentic AI Agents.
• Expertise in crafting statements of work and proposals, alongside skilled engagement estimation, is a necessity.
• You should demonstrate the capability to sell supplementary service engagements to established clients.
• While familiarity with the platform's specific products is helpful, extensive experience in telecommunications project management or delivery with a telephony focus is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will offer professional services assistance throughout the pre-sales cycle by determining essential client requirements and offering customized service options.
• You will manage the pricing, planning, and scoping of initiatives while working with leadership to create statements of work and conduct risk evaluations.
• Your regular tasks include handling sales leads, supervising bid evaluations, and delivering proposal presentations to aid in client acquisition and retention.
• You will generate monthly professional services booking projections and provide status updates on your project portfolio, with an emphasis on schedule precision, budget compliance, and problem solving.
• Furthermore, you will be tasked with mentoring and training pre- and post-sales delivery consultants, cultivating stakeholder partnerships, and staying updated on competitive market trends and product features.
