About the Role
We are looking for a committed Associate to become part of our Service Delivery Management department, supporting our work in the computer-based testing sector. Requirements

Responsibilities

- You will help facilitate offboarding procedures by organizing required documents and tasks, as well as managing the full lifecycle of accommodation requests.
- You will be responsible for preparing monthly reports regarding board activities and training compliance, ensuring all data is precise and provided by the deadline.
- Finally, you will carefully sort and rename staff records in line with our internal filing standards.
