Requirements

- Must be able to differentiate between standard educational information and scenarios necessitating a referral to a plan-specific, legal, or clinical professional.
- Experience in health and welfare administration or employer-sponsored group benefits is preferred, as is prior involvement in content validation, quality assurance, or the development of rubrics.
- Previous work verifying synthetic or AI-produced customer service materials is a distinct advantage.
