Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including invoice processing and reconciling them with purchase orders.
- Prepare and distribute client invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging, and complete account reconciliations.
- Support biweekly payroll execution and organize financial documentation, such as year-end profit reports and project budgets.
- Administer financial support tasks, such as distributing W-9 forms and insurance certificates to vendors, managing lien waiver notarization, and monitoring subscription and credential expiration dates.
