You will focus on creating automated workflows and refining processes to improve the staff experience regarding hiring, onboarding, and strategic workforce development.

Requirements

• You need a minimum of three years of work experience functioning as a Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• You must have direct, practical experience automating HR-specific tasks such as workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding, rather than just general business automation.
• You should be capable of leading projects independently from the start of requirements collection through to testing and completion.
• Key competencies include advanced business analysis, such as documenting processes, modeling, and partnering effectively with software engineering teams.
• You are required to be proficient in Jira and Confluence to ensure process visibility.
• You must display advanced analytical and autonomous problem-solving abilities, along with a B2B level of English proficiency for documentation and cross-border cooperation.

Responsibilities

• You will have full ownership of HR automation and process improvement initiatives, directing them from the initial request phase to final implementation.
• Your responsibilities include evaluating and refining intricate internal HR workflows, documenting technical requirements, and creating functional specifications.
• You will work in tandem with technical staff and business stakeholders to guarantee the effective deployment of system updates.
• Additionally, you will manage the automation of HR systems autonomously, supervise user acceptance testing, maintain quality standards, and lead the release of new functionalities.
• Beyond project-based tasks, you will assist with the administration of HR systems, resolve technical challenges, and conduct training for users to encourage high system engagement.
