Responsibilities

- Your core tasks involve managing introductory meetings, performing one-month assessments, and conducting regular check-ins to verify ongoing contentment.
- You will handle a minimum of 30 tickets every day, delivering quick, tailored replies while logging all communication in HubSpot.
- In addition to direct interaction, you will represent remote assistants by providing coaching and performance feedback, moving specific issues up the chain when required, and managing efforts to retain clients if you spot a possibility of churn.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with the Operations, Finance, and Engineering departments to address concerns beyond your individual purview, guaranteeing the success of every client-assistant engagement.
