As a Client Success Manager, you will act as the lead representative for clients, overseeing their experience from the initial setup to ongoing partnership. You will be tasked with managing the complete relationship lifecycle, executing recruitment strategies, and addressing client needs through strategic planning and frequent communication to ensure efficiency and organizational growth.

Requirements

• You need a minimum of two years of experience in account management, client success, recruiting, or a comparable position involving direct client interaction, along with a history of building lasting relationships and fostering account expansion.
• You must possess fluent English skills and have the verbal and written capability to navigate difficult discussions and manage expectations among stakeholders.
• You must demonstrate strong organizational and independent work habits, with the capacity to manage various projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• You should be able to rapidly grasp various business models and industries while keeping a commercial perspective and a focus on the client.
• You must be prepared to work 40 hours weekly, mainly within Philippine business hours, with the capacity to overlap with EU and US time zones, operating as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the onboarding phase, which includes executing kick-off meetings and calibration sessions, while gaining thorough knowledge of your clients' hiring goals and growth trajectories.
• You will turn client specifications into actionable hiring documents and collaborate with internal recruitment teams to oversee candidate progress and pipelines.
• You will conduct routine check-ins and formal business reviews to address potential issues and ensure high levels of client contentment.
• You will guide the onboarding of contractors into client organizations, offer continuous support via performance evaluations, and act as a mediator when needed.
• You will handle various accounts at once, actively spotting chances to grow client remote teams and assisting in the enduring success of the company and its partners.
