You will manage the full lifecycle of client initiatives within our infrastructure. By partnering with internal departments, you will address technical obstacles, oversee the progress of campaign milestones, and verify that all project specifications are achieved. Requirements

• This opportunity welcomes entry-level candidates who possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various tasks and time constraints concurrently.
• You must demonstrate keen attention to detail and be proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets, particularly regarding data validation and report generation.
• Prior experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is advantageous, but you must be able to master new software tools rapidly.
• You should communicate clearly and be adept at providing consistent progress reports and coordinating with internal groups.
• Proactive behavior is required to spot and report obstacles as they emerge.
• You must possess current legal authorization to be employed in the Philippines, a dependable laptop, a stable internet connection, and a secondary backup internet source.

Responsibilities

• Configure and update client initiatives within Salesforce, ensuring that campaign specifics and schedules stay precise.
• Track live campaigns to observe progress and highlight any concerns regarding quality or implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complications related to campaign deployment and fulfillment.
• Compile routine campaign analytics and validate data consistency prior to distributing it to the Client Success team.
• Coordinate internal transitions, pursue pending tasks, and audit leads against project criteria to recommend necessary adjustments.
• Support operational productivity by keeping records well-organized and pinpointing persistent problems to propose process enhancements.
