Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Certificates of Insurance by receiving, confirming, creating, and sending ACORD 25 and ACORD 28 documents.

- Handle mid-term policy modifications and update all relevant information within the agency management system.
- Facilitate the renewal cycle by reaching out to clients 60 to 90 days before expiration to collect required details like sales, payroll, and equipment lists.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and policyholders to monitor documentation status, confirm policy details, and track specific endorsements.
- Review loss control reports, solicit compliance information from insured parties, and verify that all contact details and account information are precise and up-to-date.
