Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in commercial real estate administration.
• Expertise in using Re-leased and Realworks software is required.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial property documentation, legal procedures, formal contracts, and related forms.
• Skilled in managing online listings on major portals like Commercial Real Estate and Realcommercial.com.au.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding formal paperwork and financial reconciliations.
• Strong organizational abilities to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a high-speed setting.
• Superior written communication skills and a professional attitude for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in digital tools and marketing platforms including Canva, Mailchimp, Beevo, and Feedafy, with experience in managing professional social media profiles.

Responsibilities

• Draft and oversee commercial sales and tenancy agreements, including documentation like certificates and Heads of Agreement.
• Onboard property managements through Re-leased and conduct financial duties such as expense management and bank reconciliations.
• Keep property listings updated on commercial platforms and ensure all marketing materials reflect a professional standard.
• Serve as a primary contact for lead inquiries, organize property inspections, and conduct searches to generate suburb stock lists.
• Develop digital marketing assets in Canva, revise information memorandums, and publish social media content using Meta Business Suite and Feedafy.
• Oversee vendor-funded marketing campaigns, from initial configuration to final reporting, and create visual updates such as reels for lease or sale announcements.
• Input enquiry details into CRM systems including Mailchimp and Beevo to maintain data accuracy while handling settlement tracking and vendor coordination.
