Requirements

Responsibilities
- Validate and process consumer receipt submissions by verifying them against program eligibility requirements.
- Identify multiple submissions, evaluate the accuracy of purchases, and report unclear or suspicious receipts to the U.S. team.
- Monitor the status of receipts, decline submissions that do not meet standards, and resolve consumer problems through tailored follow-up interactions.
- Update and check consumer profiles, tag receipt information to assist in Document AI model training, and improve the receipt scanning tool by pointing out misread trends.
- Assist with administrative processes, including helping the finance department with statement categorization and check processing.
- Support the CEO by performing data entry, scheduling, project coordination, and research.
- Oversee marketing efforts by enrolling qualified individuals into automated SMS campaigns and working with U.S.-based colleagues on audience management and campaign schedules.
