Responsibilities

- You will oversee and record commercial notices, such as time extensions and variation requests, and keep current variation logs.
- You will monitor project budgets, help with cash flow management and financial reporting, and confirm the validity of subcontractor safety records and insurance.
- You will act as the main point of contact between external partners and site teams to mitigate disputes and confirm site readiness before mobilization.
