About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Corporate Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for various professional positions based in the Philippines. This position plays a key role in our objective to offer insights regarding business technology services and products by attracting high-quality talent to help us expand. You will work in tandem with hiring managers to determine their operational requirements, establish interview benchmarks, and facilitate a seamless and productive recruitment cycle. Within this position, you will leverage contemporary hiring technology, including automated systems and AI, to improve your efficiency and prioritize meaningful candidate interactions. You will act as the primary liaison for applicants, managing their journey from the first screening to the finalization of job offers. This role is well-suited for a recruiter who values cross-time zone collaboration, keeping organized candidate funnels, and managing their own recruitment tactics.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of end-to-end recruitment experience, specifically within corporate or professional sectors in the Philippines.
• Proven capacity to manage search processes independently, including active sourcing via LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other appropriate platforms.
• Strong familiarity with the Philippine labor market and excellent proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of open roles, prioritize urgent requirements, and ensure data integrity within an ATS such as Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is considered an advantage.
• High level of adaptability and a willingness to incorporate AI solutions into your daily workflow.
• Availability to work during hours that align with the US-based team.
• Possession of reliable hardware including a computer and dependable internet access with backup capabilities.
• Proof of valid authorization to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle for designated vacancies, ensuring a high-quality experience for both internal stakeholders and job seekers.
• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, perform proactive outreach, and cultivate networks with prospective talent.
• Lead formal phone and video assessments, evaluate candidate suitability, and deliver precise hiring suggestions.
• Maintain momentum within the recruitment funnel by tracking feedback and resolving obstacles or delays.
• Apply recruitment metrics to refine your search methodologies and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking platform.
• Manage the offer stage, coordinate with HR to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, and implement automation to minimize manual tasks while applying human expertise to assessments.
