Country Manager – Philippines

Requirements

• You need at least two years of professional experience in the online trading and FX/CFD sectors, preferably with experience related to the Philippine market.
• You must have at least one year of experience in a leadership or management position, ideally focusing on business development, sales, or partner management.
• You are required to be fluent in Filipino and have a high level of proficiency in English.
• You should demonstrate strong strategic foresight, effective decision-making skills, and a track record of managing various stakeholder groups.
• You must be a results-driven, self-starter capable of working efficiently and maintaining productivity while in a remote role without the need for constant oversight.

Responsibilities

• You will create and carry out tactical plans aimed at increasing our footprint and interaction with clients in the Philippines.
• You will foster and maintain productive associations with important partners, affiliates, and stakeholders while pinpointing fresh paths for market growth and lead acquisition.
• You will handle the onboarding and ongoing lifecycle needs of trading clients, Money Managers, and Introducing Brokers to guarantee high-quality service.
• You will stay informed about industry trends, rival activities, and changes in regulations to offer useful insights to upper management.
• You will manage projects involving multiple departments and serve as a company representative at professional networking functions, industry summits, and events to improve our market standing.
