About the Role

- Fluent English communication skills with the ability to simplify technical financial information.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to juggle multiple files, plus a stable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
- Commitment to working during designated New Zealand standard business hours.
- Possession of a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services or a degree in business, finance, or banking is preferred but not required.

- Keep internal policy guides up to date and ensure that MYCRM and NZFSG data is accurate and follows compliance standards.
- Maintain professional contact with accountants, conveyancing professionals, and bank staff.
- Propose workflow optimizations and improve credit assessment documentation.
