Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to manage client onboarding and project deployment, converting intricate business needs into flexible technical architectures.
- Configure and refine Salesforce components, such as fields, objects, automations, and flows, while building and maintaining links between the platform and external applications.
- Anticipate technical obstacles and resolve issues concerning data accuracy or system performance.
- Document solution architectures and integration workflows while serving as a conduit for client feedback regarding product limitations to the internal product group.
- Attend Executive Business Reviews to share technical perspectives, assist clients in reaching their investment objectives through technical support, and pinpoint chances for further system growth or refinement.
