Requirements

• You need a minimum of 18 months of professional background in the field of data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory, along with practical expertise in creating and running A/B tests, including complex and multi-variate test designs.
• This role demands sharp attention to detail and the capacity to manage your own workflow when faced with vague or undefined projects.
• You should communicate clearly and demonstrate the ability to act as a strategic advisor to the product group rather than just processing requests.
• You must be comfortable succeeding in a remote setting while working productively with various internal departments.

Responsibilities

• You will turn marketing and product information into precise, usable insights regarding customer actions, advertising efficacy, and acquisition pathways.
• Your tasks include creating and overseeing vital reports, datasets, dashboards, and automated data workflows for the entire firm.
• You will lead experiments for advertising and product releases, managing the entire lifecycle from planning and implementation to financial modeling and performance monitoring.
• Your role involves dividing customer groups to enhance marketing focus, overseeing business intelligence reporting, and upholding data integrity by documenting all underlying assumptions and terminology.
• You will also support the performance marketing unit in resolving attribution challenges and supplying the analytical backing needed to improve market entry tactics.
