Requirements

- Skilled in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with a high level of proficiency in Excel; experience with Asana or Workday is a plus.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities, accompanied by a customer-focused mindset, strong analytical skills, and superior organizational capabilities.
- Ability to succeed in a high-pressure, fast-moving atmosphere while maintaining meticulous accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Provide thorough administrative help to the Talent Success Team and its managers.
- Track, evaluate, and present team performance data, including delivering weekly KPI dashboard updates for sessions.
- Act as the liaison for the Talent Success Team in internal communications, oversee calendar scheduling, document meeting minutes and recordings, and manage follow-up plans for team accountability.
- Lead cross-departmental administrative coordination and manage specific assignments intended to increase team efficiency.
