About the Role

In this Digital Designer position, you will manage the complete lifecycle for static and carousel Meta advertisements. Your duties involve converting a variety of assets—including brand photography, creator-generated content, and case studies—into engaging creative materials that connect with the target audience. You will partner with performance marketers and creative strategists to interpret performance metrics and enhance future design efforts. Furthermore, you will manage imagery and layout adjustments for different regions, working alongside localization specialists to guarantee cultural appropriateness. Your work will balance adherence to brand standards with a commitment to creative originality, ensuring that every project remains distinct.

Requirements

• You should possess 3 to 5 years of professional design background, acquired through freelance, agency, or in-house roles.
• You must provide a robust portfolio that exhibits your skill in producing high-impact, attention-grabbing design work.
• You should demonstrate expertise in foundational design principles, such as color theory, typography, layout, and hierarchy.
• You are required to be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• You must be capable of adapting designs for various platforms and understand the complexities of creative diversity.
• You should display a performance-oriented mindset, the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, and a resourcefulness that allows for quick learning.
• Having experience with conversion-optimized web or landing page design, or background in finance or healthcare industries, is viewed as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will handle the full production of Meta ads, from conceptualization through final file delivery.
• You will develop visually engaging content that upholds the core brand message.
• You will utilize data and analytics to inform your creative strategy, modifying your output based on spend patterns and viewer engagement.
• You will participate in cross-functional collaboration to help realize new creative concepts.
• You will improve operational efficiency by developing mood boards and reusable design templates.
• You will employ a variety of design software and AI-driven tools to enhance both productivity and creative experimentation.
• You will maintain project momentum across diverse global markets through clear communication and organized workflows.
