Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Manager to support an organization focused on speech and debate instruction for pupils throughout Southeast Asia and Greater China. You will gain full authority over paid ads and social media initiatives, defining how the organization appears within this niche market. Your efforts will focus on creating growth plans that boost interaction and lead generation, all while ensuring the brand identity remains uniform across digital platforms. Operating in a 100% remote setting, you will have significant independence to handle both broad strategic planning and routine tactical operations. You should possess a team-oriented approach, collaborating with video producers, graphic artists, and instructors to develop engaging promotional materials. This position suits an achievement-oriented individual who excels in rapid-paced environments and can design structured processes to increase efficiency and trackable outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a successful history of managing complete digital marketing projects, supported by a portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and quantifiable growth.
• Possess extensive knowledge of the education sector within Southeast Asia and Greater China.
• Proven experience executing effective paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Ability to use Canva to produce high-quality static visual content and a focus on lead conversion metrics.
• High level of English writing proficiency to tailor messaging for students and parents; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is considered a significant asset.
• Applicants must provide a current resume, a portfolio or collection of case studies, and a short introductory video (1-2 minutes) via Loom that describes their background and highlights a previous marketing project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement an all-encompassing strategy for advertising and social media that supports educational goals.
• Review existing channels to discover expansion potential, brainstorm creative material, and oversee a posting schedule synchronized with prime activity hours in the Hong Kong timezone.
• Create static imagery, oversee production workflows with design and video staff, and draft copy that clearly highlights the organization’s advantages.
• Develop and refine paid ad campaigns on various channels, oversee audience engagement by managing comments and interactions, and report on key performance metrics through weekly data reviews.
• Create scalable systems and operational workflows to minimize repetitive manual work and improve internal collaboration, and attend recurring planning meetings.
