Your responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing social media, and directing lead generation. You will partner with the sales department to cultivate leads and finalize inquiries, maintaining a consistent brand identity. This remote role demands a combination of creative output and analytical proficiency.

Requirements

• You must reside in the Philippines and have a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.
• You should possess excellent verbal and written command of the English language, with a demonstrated history of social media management, content creation, and email campaign development.
• You need a firm grasp of SEO, digital marketing principles, and performance monitoring via Google Search Console or Google Analytics.
• You must be skilled in using Canva for design and marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• You should be adept at leveraging AI tools like Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT to boost efficiency and workflow.
• Previous experience collaborating with companies based in the US, UK, or Australia is preferred, along with the capacity to handle projects autonomously and pivot as priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• You will design and carry out digital marketing strategies while tracking key performance indicators to propose ongoing enhancements.
• You will oversee and expand the brand's online presence, which involves producing and posting social media updates.
• You will draft and revise email copy, articles, and blog posts to uphold a uniform brand voice.
• You will conduct competitive and keyword research to bolster organic search and SEO efforts.
• You will contribute to lead generation and user acquisition, overseeing marketing funnels and refining conversion rates.
• You will configure and supervise paid campaigns on Meta or Google Ads, generate routine marketing analysis reports, and identify ways to streamline manual workflows through AI or automation software like Zapier.
