About the Role

We are looking for a committed Sales Development Representative for Drone Partnerships to support our global expansion. Your primary focus will be to grow our international network of drone experts and discover fresh commercial prospects for inspection projects. You will play a key role in developing a strong partner pipeline and acting as the face of the business to executives, drone service providers, and business owners worldwide. This position features a remote, flexible work structure that prioritizes ongoing professional growth and multicultural teamwork. Requirements

• You should have a minimum of three years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, recruitment, or sales development.
• You must have either professional background or thorough knowledge regarding drone equipment, operations, inspection use cases, and regulatory certifications.
• You need a demonstrated track record in pipeline management, conducting discovery sessions, and outbound prospecting.
• You must be proficient in English, with additional fluency in French or Spanish considered a significant advantage.
• You should be capable of working autonomously in a remote environment while demonstrating sharp commercial judgment.
• Experience in surveying, infrastructure, photogrammetry, or aerial imaging is highly desirable, as is prior use of CRM tools or platforms such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• You will prospect for drone operators, pilots, and companies using referrals, industry networks, and outbound outreach.
• You will assess prospective partners by evaluating their equipment, operational capacity, and alignment with our inspection needs.
• You will lead discovery discussions to articulate our technological solutions and partnership benefits while documenting all activities in the CRM system.
• You will monitor the network for geographic shortages, cultivate enduring relationships with vital industry figures, and source new commercial and inspection leads via the networks of your partners.
• You will maintain a robust and active pipeline to facilitate our continuous international growth.
