Responsibilities
- Oversee and track all incoming EDI purchase orders to guarantee smooth transmission between clients and internal software.

- Partner with external service providers, including SPS Commerce, to address technical challenges and facilitate EDI onboarding for new retail partners.
- Keep detailed logs of EDI operations, create and refine client reports, and leverage extensive data sets to maintain reporting precision.
- Discover and implement improvements for automated reporting tasks.
- Engage in professional communication through email and Microsoft Teams.
- Assume full accountability for seeing every issue through to its final resolution.
