EHS Project Manager

As an EHS Project Manager, you will be instrumental in client success by hitting regulatory milestones and converting technical field information into professional deliverables. This position is fully remote for a candidate residing in the Philippines, offering long-term stability and direct communication with the CEO, alongside collaboration with Senior Project Managers. You must demonstrate initiative in managing project scopes, budgets, and operational workflows. If you have an engineering or EHS background and a strong eye for detail, this role supports your professional growth and certification goals through diverse industrial project exposure.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years working in environmental engineering, EHS, or quality assurance with a focus on regulatory compliance.
• At least two years of project management experience, proving your capability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, chemistry, industrial safety, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical skills, specifically with advanced spreadsheet functions like lookups and pivot tables in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and cloud-based software for data analysis, drafting, and research.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to interpret and apply complex, unfamiliar regulations to facility needs.
• Stable home office environment with high-speed internet, backup power, and a quiet workspace for professional video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage dedicated client portfolios by overseeing compliance plans, permits, and essential deadlines.
• Develop and update thorough compliance calendars to monitor training, inspections, renewals, and regulatory filings.
• Create Hazardous Materials Business Plans via CERS, maintain chemical logs, and author reports regarding hazardous waste.
• Draft air permit applications, SPCC plans, and stormwater documentation, while verifying the precision of emissions records and data.
• Organize and schedule field staff assignments, monitor task progress, and follow up on inspection results.
• Synthesize field data and notes into refined reports for clients and evaluate drafts prepared by junior personnel.
• Define project scopes, monitor budgets and hours within Accelo, and communicate potential risks or shifts in project requirements to leadership.
