Electronics Simulation Engineer (NgSpice)

About the Role

We are looking for seasoned experts in Ngspice to support an AI training project. In this capacity, you will leverage Ngspice to conduct intricate simulations of electronic circuits. Through the completion of these simulations and the provision of thorough, sequential documentation of your techniques, you will play a key role in refining how AI architectures interpret and handle engineering principles in electronics. Your efforts will involve converting your standard circuit design processes into organized datasets that enrich AI performance. Requirements

• You should possess extensive practical professional experience working with Ngspice.
• You must have a strong foundation in electronic circuit design and the practical application of SPICE simulations to solve industry problems.
• A thorough understanding of analog circuit principles, electrical components, and structured circuit analysis is mandatory.
• You must be capable of diagnosing performance flaws in circuits and providing accurate interpretations of sophisticated simulation data.
• It is required that you have dependable access to Ngspice software and the capability to perform screen recordings while working.
• You must demonstrate at least a B2 level of English proficiency to effectively articulate technical methodologies.
• A graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, along with past experience in hardware engineering, data labeling, or training AI, is considered a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• You will create and simulate a variety of electronic circuits using Ngspice to produce premium training datasets.
• You will execute multiple simulation methodologies, such as transient, AC, and DC analyses.
• Your work will involve identifying and fixing simulation bugs, refining circuit output, and maintaining a record of your logic for every task.
• Beyond running simulations, you will draft comprehensive guides and instructions for simulation processes, offering precise and rational breakdowns for each phase.
• This contributes to the creation of technical workflows that are both interpretable and repeatable for the benefit of machine learning model development.
