As an Enablement Manager, you will act as a key operational leader within the Business Operations group, maintaining the organization's branding, tone, and design integrity in every document provided to clients. Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of professional background in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or similar go-to-market areas in a B2B SaaS context.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail regarding design, visual structure, and tone, combined with experience in instructional design, content strategy, or marketing communications.
- Maintain technical fluency in Canva, Google Workspace, Juro, Notion, and HubSpot, plus proven expertise in Agentic AI processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to work as an independent contributor capable of managing operational duties without needing to oversee staff.
- Display superior English language proficiency, both written and verbal, and maintain stable high-speed internet access.
- Available to work during core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
- Prior knowledge of compliance and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is considered beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of developing and auditing all materials intended for clients, maintaining consistency between sales, communication, and delivery departments.
- Manage the production of assets and specific email campaigns for existing clients while developing training curriculum to monitor team certifications and performance.
- Convert organizational policy shifts into usable templates and operational workflows.
