Requirements

- High level of competence in interpreting architectural blueprints.
- Basic experience with structural software such as Pryda, MiTek, or comparable tools.
- Strong verbal and written English skills to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Preference for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in roof trusses, timber framing, or pre-cut manufacturing.
- Strong numerical analytical skills, a self-starting approach to resolving issues, and the capacity to independently manage and prioritize changing tasks.
