Responsibilities
- You will reconcile bank, company credit card, and Shopify transaction data daily in Xero while matching customer receipts to invoices.
- You will oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including validating supplier invoices in Lightyear, confirming approvals, and verifying banking information for weekly payment cycles.
- You will reconcile supplier statements, oversee accounts payable email traffic, and categorize revenue, expenses, and balance sheet entries to ensure financial accuracy.
- You will prepare monthly board documentation, set meeting agendas, record minutes, and organize shareholder document repositories.
- You will handle executive calendar management, coordinate travel plans, process documents for e-signatures through DocuSign, and design professional PowerPoint slides.
- You will oversee compliance and insurance documentation while providing ad-hoc operational assistance to keep leadership organized.
