About the Role
We are searching for a committed Executive Assistant to manage operations in an engineering and project control setting. Requirements
- You should have excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach, with a history in project coordination or project controls.
- You must be proficient at handling scopes, requirements, action registers, and Gantt charts while communicating clearly with staff at every level.
- Experience with MYOB Acumatica is mandatory.
- Previous work in engineering, manufacturing, mining services, or quality management systems is considered a strong advantage.
- You must be tough, confidential, and able to perform well in a high-speed, small-business setting.
- You are required to work during Australian business hours.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and oversee engineering-gate procedures, protocols, and checklists.
- Your daily tasks involve gathering data from diverse software systems into organized project logs and generating documents like internal reports, approval packets, and client updates.
- You will record meeting conclusions and monitor action items, making sure milestones are reached and reporting any missed deadlines.
- Furthermore, you will manage transitions between the Sales and Engineering teams, oversee project scope and advancement, generate capacity reports, and ensure project gate adherence by obtaining any absent data or documentation.
