In this Executive Assistant position, you function as a primary support resource for the leadership team, coordinating between executives, clients, and stakeholders. The role suits an energetic professional capable of navigating a rapid work environment and handling intricate administrative and operational tasks. You will operate entirely remotely, working alongside a collaborative team based in the UK. Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline, or provide evidence of equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrate a successful history in an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar operations role, preferably with prior experience assisting business owners or senior executives.
• Maintain proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, as well as familiarity with project management software like Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Exhibit superior time management and organizational abilities, a high level of accuracy, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive attitude toward resolving issues, and a solid grasp of process improvement and business workflow management.
• Previous experience working within remote or geographically dispersed teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee executive schedules, arrange meetings, coordinate travel plans, and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Draft agendas, meeting minutes, formal reports, and professional slide decks while keeping digital records and documentation well-organized.
• Track project milestones, tasks, and status updates to verify that objectives are met on time, and communicate any potential risks or postponements.
• Design and maintain administrative policies and standard operating procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for departmental staff, vendors, and stakeholders, providing analytical support through the development of reports, spreadsheets, and data dashboards.
• Participate in the rollout of new initiatives, track important operational deadlines, and suggest improvements to boost business productivity.
