Fieldwork Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a remote Fieldwork Coordinator based in the Philippines to assist with our healthcare consulting and market research operations. In this position, you will oversee project workflows and coordinate recruitment strategies, playing a significant role in providing data-backed insights for major life sciences and pharmaceutical organizations worldwide. You will have the opportunity to engage with projects covering more than 70 nations, acting as the primary connection point between our internal staff and recruitment processes to ensure studies are finished on schedule. This role requires the ability to navigate a rapid, multi-threaded work environment, where you will manage sampling strategies, facilitate communication, and gain deep insight into current global healthcare research methodologies.

Requirements

• You should possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, along with a maximum of one year of experience in the market research industry.
• You must be fluent in both written and spoken English with a strong grasp of grammar.
• You are required to be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and be capable of mastering new proprietary software quickly.
• You need basic mathematical skills to handle calculations regarding response and incidence rates.
• You must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to perform your duties independently within a team structure.
• You are required to maintain a work schedule aligned with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone to support projects based there.
• Previous knowledge of or a strong interest in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• You should exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing you to troubleshoot alongside project leads and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, encompassing link testing, study invitations, and incentive processing.
• You will create and supervise sampling plans for both qualitative and quantitative research, while devising backup plans if internal panels are not sufficient.
• You will provide project managers with updates on recruitment data and sampling performance to ensure all outcomes meet client standards.
• You will partner with project assistants to optimize recruitment across digital and telephone channels.
• You will attend meetings to record client specifications and project requirements.
• You will conduct pilot interviews for research studies and manage the configuration of Dynamic Audiences.
• You will support the project closure process by preparing documentation for invoicing purposes and maintain consistent communication with internal and external parties.
