About the Role
As a Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will be a central member of the finance department, specifically managing the consolidation of profit and loss and headcount projections. Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting, corporate finance, FP&A, or a comparable analytical field.
- Demonstrate expertise in headcount and P&L consolidation or forecasting.
- Show advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, supported by sharp attention to detail and sound analytical reasoning.
- Exhibit the ability to perform tasks amidst ambiguity, manage conflicting priorities, and meet strict deadlines related to reporting and closing cycles.
- Display excellent verbal and written English communication skills for interactions with an international stakeholder base.
- Commit to a work schedule of 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central Time, which is equivalent to 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine Time.
- Prior experience with EPM platforms such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Pigment is strongly preferred, as is experience in a high-growth SaaS business or a publicly traded company.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate headcount and profit and loss projections during every planning period.
- Transform complex financial data into actionable presentations for executives, the board of directors, and investor relations.
- Lead the financial closing procedures alongside the accounting team to guarantee that actual results are reported punctually and correctly.
- Take ownership of corporate reporting and dashboard upkeep while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and minimize manual labor.
- Execute ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to assist with executive inquiries and strategic finance projects.
- Collaborate with AI and FP&A Systems teams to support ongoing systems upgrades and planning processes.
- Participate in training and onboarding activities to increase your expertise in the organizational financial landscape.
