- You will perform routine monitoring of user actions and financial transactions to reduce organizational risk.
- You will partner with the Customer Support unit and your Team Lead to process and settle fraud-related inquiries.
- You will spot patterns in fraudulent activity and provide reports to leadership to help enhance current prevention strategies.
- You will uphold the precision and privacy of all payment details and personal user records.
- You will regularly expand your understanding of internal systems, payment lifecycles, and evolving tactics used by fraudsters to safeguard platform integrity.
