Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of customs procedures and global shipping regulations.

- Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or industry certifications such as IATA or FIATA is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day shipment transitions, monitor progress, and manage documentation and reservations using digital interfaces.
- Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, including terminal congestion, clearance problems, and transit delays.
- Facilitate communication between shipping carriers, warehouse personnel, and customs brokers while updating clients on urgent freight status.
- Discuss and secure competitive freight pricing, as well as demurrage and detention fees with service providers.
- Prepare and audit compliance paperwork, including submitting EEI through AES systems.
- Collaborate with internal sales departments to determine backup routing strategies during unexpected complications.
