About the Role

This provider group, located in Valencia, California, offers wide-ranging outpatient mental health treatment for various age groups and couples. Their service array encompasses individual and family counseling, psychiatric assessments, and specialized treatments like Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, as well as intensive programs for teens and veterans, provided through both remote and onsite channels. As a Functional Psychiatry Clinical Liaison, you will be instrumental in initiating and maintaining the Functional Psychiatry Program. You will oversee the complete patient membership experience, serving as the lead administrative contact to provide education and support while collaborating with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to guarantee a high standard of care.

Requirements

• Possess a valid RN license and have a background in behavioral or mental health care settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in coordinating care, communicating effectively, and prioritizing customer service to develop strong patient relationships.
• Display robust organizational capabilities, the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a rapid environment, and analytical thinking to resolve issues with precision.
• Maintain competency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Work with autonomy in a remote setting.
• Maintain a patient-focused outlook and uphold the organization's principles of continuous improvement, transparency, positivity, adaptability, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead patients through the registration and orientation process for the Functional Psychiatry Membership Program.
• Act as the main point of administrative interaction for enrolled individuals.
• Track how well patients follow treatment plans and stay engaged through regular check-ins.
• Work alongside medical staff and internal departments to facilitate continuous care.
• Keep precise records of patient participation and clinical progress.
• Address and resolve issues related to billing, insurance, or clinical matters, escalating them when necessary.
• Support the expansion and refinement of the program by spotting obstacles and aiding in its evolution from design to execution.
