About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to assist U.S. companies by producing premium visual assets. This position is perfect for a creative expert who excels in a fast-paced setting, generates unique artwork, and maintains brand uniformity across multiple channels. You will be instrumental in helping clients expand by delivering professional design work tailored to their unique objectives and brand personas. As a member of our creative staff, you will oversee a diverse range of design assignments from the initial idea phase to final output. We focus on specialized training and ensuring our staff integrates effectively into client operations. This is a permanent, full-time remote role that provides the chance to collaborate with various clients, spearhead creative projects, and support business development through influential visual designs.

Requirements

• You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a comparable discipline, along with five to ten years of relevant work experience.
• You must be highly skilled in essential software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro, as well as Google and Microsoft suites.
• You need a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, plus the technical skills to ready files for production and understand imprint processes for promotional items.
• You are required to have excellent spoken and written English skills and be available to work from Monday to Friday during U.S. Central Time.
• You should be capable of multitasking, experienced in leading creative teams with brand development, and successful in environments with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• You will produce original designs that strictly follow client briefs, brand standards, and project parameters.
• Your day-to-day work involves creating graphics, page layouts, product illustrations, logos, and creative artwork from the ground up.
• You will prepare files for production, considering specific printing constraints, and evaluate final designs to suggest enhancements that uphold brand consistency.
• You will handle several creative assignments simultaneously to ensure they are completed on schedule and within financial limits.
• You will collaborate with clients to interpret their creative direction, guide team members through new design concepts, and oversee projects to guarantee that all work adheres to high quality benchmarks.
