Responsibilities
- Take ownership of CRM data management for all prospects, leads, and customer groups throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns by working with media buyers and directing content creators through detailed briefs.
- Analyze and resolve issues with stalled leads, partnering with sales staff to boost conversion rates through improved scripts and sales collateral.
- Manage the full marketing funnel, including oversight of landing pages, call-to-action testing, webinar execution, and lead scheduling platforms.
- Monitor performance KPIs like CPL, CAC, and demo-to-close ratios, delivering weekly reports with data-backed recommendations.
- Assist in the complete customer journey, covering onboarding, activation, retention, and referral efforts, while testing new strategies across diverse platforms.
